Does it really cost my business nothing?
Yes. The machine, delivery, setup, product, stocking, and repairs are all on us. The only thing it uses is a standard outlet.
How much electricity does it use?
About the same as a regular refrigerator, since the drink side is chilled. It plugs into a normal 110V outlet.
Do I sign anything?
A short, plain-language placement agreement. It covers the 30 day trial, month to month terms, and who handles what. We're happy to walk through it with you before you sign.
What if it's not working out?
During the trial, either of us can end it anytime. After that, just give 30 days notice by text or email, and we'll pick the machine up within two weeks.
Who handles refunds?
We do. Our number is posted on every machine, and there's a refund and problem form on this site. Your staff never has to deal with it.
Can I pick what goes in it?
You can ask for product changes anytime, and we'll do our best to make them work. We also build the mix around your building, like staff-only placement or nut-free products at a childcare center.
Where do you service?
Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and nearby towns in the Flathead Valley. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask.
